Your time in the Cedar Spa is very significant to us. We specially reserve the time for your service and prepare everything to ensure for you to receive a luxurious spa experience while you are here.
Cedar Spa Cancellation Policy
We require a card on file before we schedule your appointments. If for any reason you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we require all guests to cancel appointments within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment. If you do NOT cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable $30 cancellation fee.
Cedar Spa No-Show Fee
- are late to your appointment after 15 minutes,
- book an appointment in the Cedar Spa and do NOT show up for your appointment,
we will charge you a non-refundable $30 no-show fee.
If you scheduled a massage service, late arrivals will cut into your massage time if you still want the service. You will pay full price for the massage you scheduled. If not, you will be charged a non-refundable $30 no-show/late cancellation fee.
All sales are final in the Cedar Spa.
Spa Arrival & Etiquette
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. All valuables should be locked in a locker. For the respect of all guests’ privacy, we ask that cellphones and other electronic devices be turned off. No children under 16 years of age are allowed past treatment area due to guests’ privacy.
Communication with your therapist is very important. Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will be asked to fill out a medical history form upon arrival, so your spa professional can customize your experience to your needs.
The Sauna at the Cedar Spa is complimentary to spa guests with a paid service. The Sauna is available to hotel guests and the general public for $15.
You will receive a robe and slippers to wear during your spa experience and a locker for your personal belongings. However, undergarments may be worn during treatments for your comfort.
