Rules of Play:

1. Must be 50 years or older to participate.
2. Must register with Players Club.
3. Senior Players Club members will receive one (1) free tournament entry.
4. Additional entries may be earned for every two hundred (200) points, with a maximum of three (3) additional entries.
5. Registration will begin at 8 am and continue until 4:45 pm or the maximum number of participants has been reached for each session.
   1. The maximum number of participants foreach session is twelve (12).
   2. The minimum number of participants is three (3) per session.
6. Players Club members may sign up for multiple sessions throughout the day but are allowed to play one machine during the session.
7. A maximum of nine (9) sessions every Thursday, each session being three (3) minutes.
8. Players Club members will be assigned a session by the Players Club supervisor or representative based on their availability of participants in a session.
9. The top three scores per session will be paid cash prizes.
10. If there is a tie, members who have the same score will play a one (1) minute round to determine their place.
11. Players must claim their prize after each session, or the prize will be forfeited.
12. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.

Promotion Rules:

1. Employees of Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel may not participate in ANY promotions.
2. Must be 18 years or older, a Players Club member, and present to win.
3. Excluded players are not eligible for promotions.
4. Must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes and/or receive/redeem offers as specified.
5. It is the responsibility of the Players Club member to ensure their Players Club card is properly inserted into the gaming machine.
6. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen Players Club cards, or misuse of Players Club cards.
7. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unused prize redemptions or kiosk tickets.
8. By participating in any promotion, participants agree to be bound by the applicable official rules.
9. All decisions by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management will be final.
10. Upon notice to Shoshone-Bannock Gaming Commission (SBGC), Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management reserves the right to cancel and/or alter any of their promotions at any time without prior written or verbal notice to players.
11. Promotional prizes/offers are non-transferable.

12. There is no substitution for prizes won unless otherwise stated in promotion procedures.
13. If prizes/offers are not claimed within the specified time frame, the prize/offer will be forfeited.
14. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes on the prize(s) won.

Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:

1. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
2. All malfunctions void all pay and play.
3. When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
   • If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
   • If communication is not re-established by the end of the last drawing time, the drawing will be canceled or rescheduled by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel Management
