Rules of Play:

  1. Restricted to Players Club members who are 50 years or older.
  2. Player can receive entries two ways at SBCH:
    1. One (1) entry for every 50 points earned between the hours of 5 am – 2:59 pm.
    2. One (1) free entry ticket on the day of the drawings.
  3. Earned entries will be activated and added to the drawing when guests swipe their Players Club card at the promotional kiosk between the hours of 8 am – 2:59 pm on the date of the promotion.
  4. Two (2) winners will be selected every drawing hour.
  5. A total of sixteen (16) winners will be selected per drawing day.
  6. The electronic drawing drum will be used for the promotional kiosk drawings.
    1. Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Player Club Booth.
    2. If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn.
    3. This will continue until a winner is present.
    4. The electronic drawing drum will be cleared of all entries after the last drawing of the day.
  7. All promotional kiosk drawing winners will be announced over the PA system
  8. It is the responsibility of the player to hear all winner announcements and be present at the Players Club Booth.
  9. Players Club members can win more than once per day, but not within the same drawing hour.

 

Rules for Discounts

  1. Restricted to Players Club members who are 50 years or older.
  2. Must swipe Players Club card at a promotional kiosk to print food discount ticket.
  3. When redeeming the food discount kiosk offer, Players Club members must provide valid photo identification, Players Club card, and signature to receive a discount on food purchases at the SBCH food outlets.
  4. Food offers are valid at the following outlets:
    1. Camas Sports Grill
    2. Painted Horse Buffet
    3. Bingo Concessions
    4. Deka Gahni Deli
  5. Food offers are limited to one (1) food offer per Player Club member, per promotion date, and cannot be combined with any other food offer.
  6. Food offers can only be used during food outlet hours of operation and are valid for the date that is printed on the kiosk ticket.
  7. Food offers have no cash value and may not be used towards gratuity.
  8. Any purchase total exceeding the amount of the kiosk ticket will be the responsibility of the player.

Promotion Rules:

  1. Employees of Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel may not participate in ANY promotions.
  2. Must be 18 years or older, a Players Club member, and present to win.
  3. Excluded players are not eligible for promotions.
  4. Must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes and/or receive/redeem offers as specified.
  5. It is the responsibility of the Players Club member to ensure their Players Club card is properly inserted into the gaming machine.
  6. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen Players Club cards, or misuse of Players Club cards.
  7. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unused prize redemptions or kiosk tickets.
  8. By participating in any promotion, participants agree to be bound by the applicable official rules.
  9. All decisions by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management will be final.
  10. Upon notice to Shoshone-Bannock Gaming Commission (SBGC), Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management reserves the right to cancel and/or alter any of their promotions at any time without prior written or verbal notice to players.
  11. Promotional prizes/offers are non-transferable.
  1. There is no substitution for prizes won unless otherwise stated in promotion procedures.
  2. If prizes/offers are not claimed within the specified time frame, the prize/offer will be forfeited.
  3. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes on the prize(s) won.

 

Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:

  1. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
  2. All malfunctions void all pay and play.
  3. When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
    • If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
    • If communication is not re-established by the end of the last drawing time, the drawing will be canceled or rescheduled by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel Management
