Rules of Play:

1. Players can participate when they earn fifty (50) points.
2. A maximum of five hundred (500) participants will be allowed to participate.
3. Players will play a game in the kiosk where they can select an icon to reveal a prize.
4. Prize amounts range from ten dollars ($10) up to fifty dollars ($50) in Bonus Bucks.
5. Bonus Bucks are valid seven (7) days from issuance.
6. Once activated, players may play Bonus Bucks on exclusive eligible gaming machines.
7. No cash option is available.

2. Must be 18 years or older, a Players Club member, and present to win.
3. Excluded players are not eligible for promotions.

10. Upon notice to Shoshone-Bannock Gaming Commission (SBGC), Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management reserves the right to cancel and/or alter any of their promotions at any time without prior written or verbal notice to players.
11. Promotional prizes/offers are non-transferable.

12. There is no substitution for prizes won unless otherwise stated in promotion procedures.
13. If prizes/offers are not claimed within the specified time frame, the prize/offer will be forfeited.
14. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes on the prize(s) won.

Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:

1. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
2. All malfunctions void all pay and play.
3. When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
   • If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
