Hot Seat Rules of Play:

1. Must be actively playing on any gaming machine with a Players Club card fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing hour and have a minimum coin in play of two hundred dollars ($200).
2. Super Playmate floor scan will act to select winners each drawing hour.
3. Two (2) Hot Seat winners will be selected for the grand prize drawing.
4. Players Services representative will notify the winner.
5. Players Club members cannot share gaming machines during Hot Seat drawings.

E-Draw Rules of Play:

1. Receive entries in two ways:
   1. One ( l) entry for every 100 points earned daily from 12 am -11 :59 pm.
   2. One (1) free entry ticket on the day of the drawings from 12 pm to 7:59pm.
2. Entries will be activated when players swipe their Players Club card at the promotional kiosk between 12 pm and 7:59 pm on the date of the promotion.
3. The electronic drawing drum will select the winners for each drawing hour.
4. The winner’s names will be announced over the PA system.
5. Hot Seat winners cannot be an E-draw winner. Redraw will continue until we have six different Players Club members.
6. Winners have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club booth.
   1. If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn.
   2. Redraw will continue until a winner is present.
7. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.
8. The electronic drawing will be utilized to execute the drawing and all entries will be cleared each week after the drawing hour.

Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:

1. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
2. All malfunctions void all pay and play.
3. When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
   • If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
   • If communication is not re-established by the end of the last drawing time, the drawing will be canceled or rescheduled by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel Management
