Promotion Rules:

  1. Players must be actively playing on any gaming machine with a Players Club card fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing hour and have a minimum coin in play of two hundred dollars ($200).
  2. Player tracking floor scan will be utilized to select winner each drawing hour.
  3. One (1) Hot Seat winner will be selected for each drawing hour.
  4. Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth.
    1. If the winner is not present, another name will be selected from the floor scan system.
    2. Re-selection will continue until a winner is present.
  5. Players can win more than once per day, but not within the same hour.
  6. Players Club members cannot share gaming machines during Hot Seat drawings.
  7. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher that they can redeem at the cage cashier.


E-Draw Rules of Play:

  1. Receive entries in two ways:
    1. One (1) entry for every 100 points earned daily from 12 am – 11:59 pm.
    2. One (1) free entry ticket on the day of the drawings from 12 pm to 7:59 pm.
  2. Entries will be activated when players swipe their Players Club card at the promotional kiosk between 2 pm and 7:59 pm on the date of the promotion.
  3. The electronic drawing will be utilized to execute the drawing
  4. The electronic drawing drum will select five (5) winners for each drawing hour.
  5. The winner’s names will be announced over the PA system.
  6. Hot Seat winners cannot be an E-draw winner. Redraw will continue until there is a total of six (6) different Players Club members.
  7. Players can win multiple times during the promotion but not within the same drawing hour.
  8. Winners have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club booth.
    1. If the winners is not present, another name will be drawn.
    2. Redraw will continue until a winner is present.
  9. All six winners will have the opportunity to participate in a game, prize amounts will be revealed at the end of game play.
  10. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.
  11. The winning tickets of the winners who are selected for each drawing hour, will not be re-entered to the electronic drawing drum.
  12. All entries will be cleared after the last drawing hour.


Promotion Rules:

  1. Employees of Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel may not participate in ANY promotions.
  2. Must be 18 years or older, a Players Club member, and present to win.
  3. Excluded players are not eligible for promotions.
  4. Must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes and/or receive/redeem offers as specified.
  5. It is the responsibility of the Players Club member to ensure their Players Club card is properly inserted into the gaming machine.
  6. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen Players Club cards, or misuse of Players Club cards.
  7. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unused prize redemptions or kiosk tickets.
  8. By participating in any promotion, participants agree to be bound by the applicable official rules.
  9. All decisions by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management will be final.
  10. Upon notice to Shoshone-Bannock Gaming Commission (SBGC), Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management reserves the right to cancel and/or alter any of their promotions at any time without prior written or verbal notice to players.
  11. Promotional prizes/offers are non-transferable.
  1. There is no substitution for prizes won unless otherwise stated in promotion procedures.
  2. If prizes/offers are not claimed within the specified time frame, the prize/offer will be forfeited.
  3. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes on the prize(s) won.

 

Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:

  1. Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
  2. All malfunctions void all pay and play.
  3. When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
    • If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
    • If communication is not re-established by the end of the last drawing time, the drawing will be canceled or rescheduled by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel Management
