Doña Matsaw | Player Services Assistant Manager
Doña Matsaw has over 20 years with the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel, beginning in April 2001. The fast pace and exciting atmosphere of the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel enticed her to stay and gain experience in various internal departments. As a result, she knows the importance of our guests and their feedback. She’s experienced firsthand the importance of the line of communication from guests to our management. She enjoys working in customer service and hospitality. She will always help guests to give them the best experience she can. When she’s not at work, she prefers to do activities with her family, such as playing games and traveling.
Patricia Christy | Casino Host
Patricia “Trish” Christy has over 16 years’ worth of customer service experience; beginning when she was 15. She began working at the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel in 2012, and has gained further hospitality experience in a variety of departments in and out of the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel. She’s often described as “bubbly”, “over the top friendly”, and “eager to help.” She’s convinced the hospitality industry’s about making connections and creating the best memories for our guests, and is quick to bring smiles. She often enjoys going to concerts, theatre, movies, local restaurants, and traveling with friends and family.
KD Denny | Casino Host
KD Denny, has over 2 years of customer service experience under his belt. He began working at the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel in July of 2021 with the Food and Beverage Department. His knowledge and hardworking abilities accumulated over the past two years does not make him an amateur, but in any case, essential to the casino. Coming from various departments, such as Security and Food & Beverage, KD has learned to become adaptable and flexible with the constant changes that the casino demands. He is certain the customer service field is about creating relationships one-on-one with our guests and developing an escape for them from the real world. He is often described as hardworking, intelligent, and friendly by his peers and teammates. In his free time, he prefers to game online with his friends, hunt and fish with his family, and detail cars as a hobby.
Cassie McKean | Casino Host
Cassie McKean has completed over 10 years in customer service. In August 2013, she worked in diverse departments such as front desk, Gaming machine floor worker, Bingo and Cage cashier. Cassie is now excited to add player development to her accomplishments. She delights in meeting new people and creating fantastic memories for each guest she interacts with. She has learned over the years that customer service is a top priority and truly enjoys each opportunity to build and be creative in the hospitality industry. Cassie is marvelously kind, clever, and wonderfully amicable. In her downtime, her main focus is spending time with loved ones, and traveling to exciting concerts.
